I have to admit, I have been introduced by the Spirit to a new dimension of faith that is new (and sometimes uncomfortable) to me. Faith in general is a hard concept to understand. After all, the confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see? Everything about faith is uncomfortable to me as a thinking, reasoning human. I want to see first, then believe. Not the other way around!

However, recently, especially as I continue to pray for the integrity of the election, corruption to be exposed, politicians to be held accountable, and Biden to be removed from the White House, the Spirit has brought me to a new level of faith I haven’t been familiar with.

While the journey has been incredibly exciting and fulfilling, it has also been very intimidating. Faith looks weird to the rest of the world, yes, but what is even more difficult for me is how weird supernatural faith looks to the Church. Many times I have been dismissed or overlooked because I do not make sense with the rest of the Church.

But what can I do? Faith is a mystery to those who do not have it.

For me, I realized God is not just calling us to release His Will on earth, but to actively live as if His Will has already been accomplished. For so long I would end my prayers with, “but if it is not your Will, I will accept it” or, “but if you have better plans, then I trust You” as if I was protecting myself from disappointment when something didn’t happen as I wanted.

Let me encourage you, God’s Will will not return to Him void and His Will is already written beautifully in the Bible for us to receive and release into this world.

For instance, many people do not understand why I am still praying and decreeing righteousness over this election and why I have not accepted the results of a fraudulent victory. The answer is simply this — it is not the Lord’s Will that evil prevails. Period.

Your hand will lay hold on all your enemies; your right hand will seize your foes. When you appear for battle, you will burn them up as in a blazing furnace. The Lord will swallow them up in his wrath, and his fire will consume them. Psalm 21:8-9

Why do I still pray against the advancement and legalization of abortions? Because it is not the Lord’s Will that innocent blood be shed. Period.

You shall not murder. Exodus 20:13

Why will I continue to pray over a person dying with disease when the doctor has already determined there is “nothing left to do”? Because it is not the Lord’s Will that His people should yield to disease and death. Period.

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. John 10:10

If it’s written in the Word of God as His promises, then why would I stand for anything else? All prophets, pastors, and speakers aside, if the Lord stands for it, so will I. If He stands against it, so will I. I will not apologize for praying in faith for His promises and miracles to prosper because I know that is His Will for us and for this Nation. I will not be discouraged by His timing, because I know if I am obedient in believing and praying and living in faith, then He will take care of the rest.

Our purpose is to stand firm in faith on the foundation of Jesus Christ. So often we have quit praying because we doubt and waver when our prayers aren’t being answered, but let me assure you with the assurance of Christ — He will come through for us in every way if we keep the faith.

Keep believing, keeping praying, and don’t lose hope in the promises of God! Nothing is over until God says it is, and we know our hope is secure in the returning of Jesus for the salvation of His children!

Be blessed my friends!
